Yoga allowed her to heal many parts of herself, and that healing led her to want to share yoga with others in her community.

With a background in UX and design, Mona has cultivated her practice to balance the demands of a professional life. Mona creates classes that explore the duality of movement and rest. She weaves her own life experience and knowledge of yoga, anatomy, Ayurveda, psychology, spirituality, and philosophy into her classes, writing, and coaching.
Sarah Palmer Prindable

Sarah loves to combine techniques and insights from a variety of lineages to arrive at what feels right in each moment. Her training in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, power vinyasa, kundalini yoga, and yin yoga offers a steady stream of inspiration. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive healer certified in Usui Reiki, New Paradigm MDT, and Akashic Records readings.

Heather "Venus" Durham is a Transformational Energy Guide holding sacred space for groups and individuals through the ancient human science of yoga. She has studied Bhakti Yoga, Ayurveda, Energy Medicine Yoga, Patanjali’s yoga sutras and undergone extensive pranayama training with the The Breath Center. Venus is also a certified Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of Lighten Up | Yoga & Energy.

Victoria’s teaching journey began over 20 years ago as a PE teacher for high schoolers. She is a certified Kundalini Level 2 Yoga Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Member of Yoga Alliance and OPEN National Trainer. Victoria teaches PE teachers to incorporate yoga into PE curricula.
