Use of Cookies

The Zenevate website and applications may use “cookies” and tracking tokens to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Zenevate pages, or register with Zenevate services, a cookie helps Zenevate recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same Zenevate page, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use Zenevate features.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Zenevate services or websites you visit.

Use of Analytics SDKs

Zenevate utilizes Analytics SDKs in Zenevate mobile applications to help personalize your app experience and to aggregate information about its users’ behavior in order to improve the applications as a whole. Analytics SDKs provide tracking tools within applications to understand which ages you visit, which features you use, and which actions you take in Zenevate. Zenevate does not collect, store, process or transmit any Sensitive Personal Information defined as any of the following: (i) credit, debit or other payment card data subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS“); (ii) patient, medical or other protected health information regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA“); (iii) any information deemed to be “special categories of data” of an EU resident (prior to May 25, 2018, as such term is defined in EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC; and on and after May 25, 2018, as defined in European Union Regulation 2016/679) or (iv) any other personal or sensitive information subject to regulation or protection under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or other Laws.

Security of your Personal Information
